Morning Berry Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons raw vanilla powder

Toppings
Blueberries
Raspberries
Hemp seeds

In a large bowl, stir together coconut milk, chia seeds, and vanilla until the chia seeds have released their gel and the mixture resembles a pudding. Cover and place in fridge, 1 hour, to set.

Stir chia pudding again to break up any clumps and spoon into 2 bowls. Top bowls with blueberries, raspberries, and hemp seeds to serve.
